Located in Beautiful Crested Butte South which is located a mere 10 minutes south of lovely Crested Butte Colorado!

This spacious condo is great for larger parties. This condo offers a second living area for larger parties, or a "rec area" for the kids! Accommodates up to 12 people. There is a queen-size bed in the downstairs bedroom, a log bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. As well, another room with two twin beds, two pull-out sleepers, and a pull-out Ottoman Sleeper!

The greatest feature might be the second living space in the loft for a second place to relax or a rec area for the kids. There is a real wood burning fireplace to cozy up in front up after a long day of skiing, or for great ambiance in the summer when the sun sets and the weather cools down. There is a hot tub to soothe the muscles and the mind as you settle into your Crested Butte vacation. Also, a great deck to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets over Mt. Crested Butte!

The kitchen has recently gotten a face-lift with a brand new stainless fridge and stove. Also, the dining area with cute, new log benches.

There is covered parking in the two car garage (with garage openers for convenience!) Accommodates up to 12.
